We clean the exterior access to you water heater, refrigerator, and furnace. Removing any and all debris, dirt, and insect nests. Then clean the burn tubes and adjust the flames. Finish off with a performance test to check for proper operation and a manometer test to check for any LP (gas) leaks for safety.

SEASONAL ROOF MAINTANCE $239.00 (Regular price $299.00)
Start with cleaning off the roof with a safe detergent. This removes all dirt, debris, and mold build up, to restore your roof to that like new condition. Second step is a visual inspection of all roof seals to check for gapping, cracking, and shrinkage of your roof seals (then you will be notified of any recommendations for spot seals). Finally we will finish off with applying a seasonal roof treatment solution to help protect against ultra violet sunrays and the harsh elements.

(Roof maintenance is required by all roof manufacturers in order to maintain a roofs’ warranty. From the day you purchase your new RV the roof seals are the customers’ responsibility to maintain. Customers are responsible for getting up on top of a roof and inspecting their seals once every 3 months and keeping a log of these inspections. Remember roof maintenance is a lot less expensive than repairing a water leak and all the sub sequential damage that can occur from a water leak.)

3,000-MILE SERVICE(GAS) $99.00 (Regular price $135.00)
Perform an engine oil and oil filter change. Lube any and all grease fittings on the chassis. Perform a 27-point inspection to include checking the operation of your lights, the condition of your air filter, all engine fluid levels, and insure proper PSI in the tires.

TOWABLE WHEEL BEARING REPACK $189.00 (Regular price $229.00)
Remove wheels and wheel seals. Inspect the axle, wheel bearings and associated parts. Repack wheel bearings. Clean brake drums and check for proper operation of brake system. Adjust brakes if needed.

(All manufacturers recommend that you re-pack your trailer wheel bearings once a year. This is because trailers tend to sit a lot and that can contribute to condensation inside the wheel and that can lead to rust, which in turn, leads to particles that can score surfaces and cause friction and bearing failure.)
